Terms of Service
Last updated: March 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClawSight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including agents, dashboard viewers, and API consumers.
2. Description of Service
ClawSight is a real-time monitoring platform for autonomous AI agents. The Service provides dashboards, WebSocket-based telemetry, cost tracking, kill switches, and shareable session reports. ClawSight is provided as-is and is currently in an early-stage release.
3. Accounts and Authentication
You must provide a valid email address to create an account via magic link authentication. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties. If you believe your account or keys have been compromised, revoke your keys immediately and contact us.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, tenants, or agents
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service beyond what is permitted by open-source licenses
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any destructive content through the Service
- Use the Service to monitor agents engaged in illegal activity
- Abuse the API with excessive requests intended to degrade performance for other users
5. API Keys and Agent Data
API keys grant access to your tenant's monitoring namespace. You are responsible for securing your keys. ClawSight stores hashed versions of API keys and does not have access to your raw keys after initial creation. Agent data (logs, metrics, status) is held in memory during active sessions and is not persisted to long-term storage unless you use the share feature.
6. Shared Reports
When you generate a share link, a snapshot of the agent's current state is made available via a public URL. Anyone with the link can view this snapshot. You are responsible for who you share these links with. Shared reports may contain agent logs and cost data.
7. Open Source
ClawSight is open-source software. The source code is available on GitHub under its respective license. These Terms of Service apply specifically to the hosted version of ClawSight at app.clawsight.org. Self-hosted instances are governed by the repository's license terms.
8. Availability and Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data retention, or error-free operation. Agent data is stored in memory and may be lost during server restarts or deployments. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service outages, data loss, or agent behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawSight and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
10. Kill Switch Disclaimer
The kill switch feature sends a termination signal to connected agents. ClawSight does not guarantee that an agent will honor or respond to a kill signal. The effectiveness of the kill switch depends on the agent's SDK integration and runtime environment. ClawSight is not responsible for agents that continue to operate after a kill signal is sent.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or repository changelog.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking your API keys and signing out.
